Summary
This study aims to understand how rehabilitation therapy helps people regain arm movement after a stroke. Researchers will study 50 people who had a stroke 3-6 months ago, giving half specialized arm training and half usual care. They will use brain scans and movement tests to see how therapy changes brain pathways and improves motor control.
