Summary

This study is testing whether a specific approach to managing blood pressure after a stroke clot is removed helps people recover better. It will compare two strategies: one that slightly raises blood pressure and another that follows current standard guidelines. The goal is to see which method leads to more patients regaining independence in their daily lives three months after their stroke.
