Global race to find best drug combo to stop second strokes

Summary
This study aims to find the most effective medication combination to prevent a second stroke in people who recently had one caused by narrowed arteries in the brain. It will compare two different blood-thinning drug regimens over 90 days, followed by aspirin. The trial will enroll about 1,172 participants from multiple countries who start treatment within 30 days of their initial stroke.
