NCT ID NCT07228611

First seen Nov 16, 2025 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 20 times

Summary

This study looks at how having a stroke may increase the risk of developing osteoporosis (weak bones). Researchers will measure bone density and other health factors in 84 stroke survivors aged 55-85, comparing those who had a stroke recently (1 week to 6 months ago) with those who had one over a year ago. The goal is to find out who is most at risk so doctors can better prevent bone problems in the future.
