Wrist-Worn device aims to catch strokes faster in hospital

NCT ID NCT06368193

Summary

This study is testing a new monitoring system designed to detect strokes earlier than current methods in high-risk hospital patients. Participants wear a device on each arm for up to five days to look for signs of stroke, like sudden weakness on one side. The main goals are to see if the system works reliably in a hospital setting and how well staff and patients can use it.
