Summary
This study aims to understand how people who have had a stroke use healthcare services in the years after their initial recovery. Researchers will analyze medical records from thousands of patients and conduct surveys and interviews with about 240 stroke survivors. The goal is to map the long-term needs and experiences of survivors to help improve support systems and care planning for chronic recovery.
