Summary
This study tests whether a gentle brain stimulation technique called tDCS, combined with hand muscle electrical therapy, can improve hand function in people who had a stroke. Fifty-six participants will receive either real or fake tDCS for 20 sessions over four weeks. Researchers will use MRI scans to see how the brain rewires itself and measure hand movement improvements up to six months later.
