Summary
This study tested whether a clot-busting medicine called rhTNK-tPA can help people who have a stroke but no large blocked artery. 570 adults received the drug between 4.5 and 24 hours after their stroke began. The goal was to see if more patients could recover with little or no disability at 90 days.
