Race against time: new hope for stroke patients with Hard-to-Reach clots

Summary
This study is testing if a clot-busting drug called tenecteplase can help people recover better from a specific type of stroke caused by a blockage in a medium-sized brain artery. It will compare the drug against standard medical care in about 600 adults who had a stroke within the last 4.5 to 24 hours. The main goal is to see if more people who get the drug can live independently 90 days later.
