Global race to perfect stroke treatment for 4,000 patients

Summary
This large study aims to find the safest and most effective dose of a common clot-busting drug, tenecteplase, for people having a stroke. It will enroll 4,000 patients to compare a standard dose against a lower dose, especially for those on blood thinners or who need a follow-up procedure. The goal is to give doctors clearer guidance to improve recovery and reduce bleeding risks.
