Summary

This study aims to find the safest and most effective dose of a clot-dissolving drug called urokinase for people having a stroke. Researchers will test different doses in 24 patients who arrive at the hospital within 6 hours of stroke symptoms starting. The main goal is to create a standard, weight-based dosing plan to improve safety and treatment results.
