Summary
This study aims to understand how the brain functions and recovers after a stroke by observing 1000 patients over time. Researchers will collect brain scans, electrical brain activity readings, blood samples, and track physical recovery. The goal is to identify patterns that can help predict outcomes and improve future treatments, but this study itself does not test any new therapies.
