Summary

This study tests whether a gentle, targeted electrical stimulation to the brain (HD-tDCS) can safely improve how stroke survivors perceive vertical balance. Participants who have had a stroke affecting one side of the brain will receive either active or sham stimulation while performing visual tasks. The goal is to see if this approach can correct errors in judging what is upright, which may help with balance and daily activities.
