Summary

This study is for adults who had a stroke at least 6 months ago and have trouble using their arm and hand. It tests a therapy that combines movement training with sensory exercises to see if it improves how often and how well they use their affected arm in daily life. Participants will undergo intensive treatment over consecutive days. The goal is to help stroke survivors regain more function and independence.
