New arm therapy shows promise for stroke recovery

Summary
This study tests a special arm exercise program for people who recently had a stroke and have trouble reaching outward. The goal is to see if this therapy can reduce a common movement problem called 'flexion synergy' and improve arm function. About 86 participants will be followed for one year to track their progress.
