Summary
This study aims to find the safest time to start blood-thinning medication for stroke patients who have an irregular heartbeat (atrial fibrillation) and develop a specific type of brain bleed after a clot-removal procedure. It will compare starting the medication early versus later. The goal is to prevent another stroke while minimizing the risk of dangerous bleeding.
