New stretching combo tested for back pain relief
NCT ID NCT06888895
Summary
This study aims to find out if combining passive and active hamstring stretching works better than passive stretching alone for improving flexibility in people with chronic low back pain. Researchers will enroll 90 participants with low back pain lasting at least 3 months and measure their flexibility before and after performing one of the two stretching routines. The goal is to help develop better rehabilitation exercises to improve movement and reduce pain for people with persistent back issues.
