Can a special shirt or a short walk beat stress? okinawa village tests simple health hacks
NCT ID NCT07204483
Summary
This is a small pilot study to see if three simple, low-cost approaches are practical and helpful for reducing stress and encouraging healthy behavior. It will involve 45 adults in Okinawa, Japan, who will try one of the following for eight weeks: receiving health information, wearing comfortable 'functional' clothing, or doing light exercise. The main goal is to learn if these methods are easy for people to stick with and safe, to help plan larger future community health programs.
