First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 16 times
Summary
This study tests whether a wearable patch that uses gentle vibrations can help people feel less stressed or anxious. About 150 adults aged 18 to 85 who already experience stress or anxiety will either get the active patch or a fake (sham) patch. They will report their feelings through surveys over two weeks to see if the patch makes a difference.
