Summary

This study tests three simple, low-cost approaches to reduce stress and encourage healthy habits in 45 adults from Yomitan Village, Okinawa. Participants will either receive health leaflets, wear functional clothing, or follow a moderate exercise manual for eight weeks. The goal is to see if these methods are practical and acceptable for everyday life, not to cure any disease. Results will guide future larger studies.
