Summary
This study tested an online program called CEDARS, designed to teach teenagers skills to manage stress and improve their mental health. About 40 teens aged 14-19 participated in seven weekly online sessions or were placed on a waitlist. Researchers wanted to see if the program was practical for teens to use and if it helped reduce their stress levels.
