NCT ID NCT05902741
Summary
This study is testing whether an 8-week online program called RiSE, which teaches stress management skills with a focus on coping with racism, can improve well-being and reduce body inflammation in African American women who are at risk for heart and metabolic diseases. Researchers will compare the RiSE program to a general health education class. They will measure stress, inflammation markers, and other health factors in 300 participants before, during, and after the program.
