Summary
This study tested a special over-the-counter patch designed to help reduce feelings of stress and anxiety. About 150 adults who experience stress or anxiety wore either the real patch or a fake 'sham' patch for comparison. Researchers used surveys to see if the patch changed how stressed people felt or improved their quality of life over two weeks.
