Summary
This study tested a stress management program for nursing students aged 18-25 who had mild to moderate depression. The program taught cognitive-behavioral skills to handle stress. Students who took part reported lower levels of depression, anxiety, and stress compared to those who did not. The goal was to improve mental well-being, not to cure a disease.
