Summary
This study tested a structured stress management program based on cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) for nursing students aged 18-25 who had mild to moderate depression. 90 students took part; half received the program and half did not. Researchers measured depression, anxiety, and stress levels before, after, and three months later using a standard questionnaire.
