Summary

This study looks at whether expressive writing can help cancer survivors cope with stress, especially during tough times like the COVID-19 pandemic. About 414 adults diagnosed with cancer in the last 3 years will participate online from home. They will write about their experiences to see if it lowers stress and improves quality of life.
