Can a handheld device help heal hearts after an attack?

Summary
This study is testing whether a handheld stress-relief device, used alongside standard cardiac rehab, can improve blood vessel health and lower future heart disease risk in people who recently had a heart attack. Researchers will compare 100 participants using the device daily for 12 weeks to those receiving standard care alone. They will measure blood vessel function, stress markers, and quality of life to see if the device provides added benefit.
