Summary
This study tested if using a stress ball and listening to music during a colonoscopy can help reduce pain and anxiety. 100 adults having the procedure without sedation took part. Half used the stress ball and music, while the other half received standard care. The results showed that these simple, low-cost tools may improve the patient's experience.
