Summary
This study looks at whether using a stress ball during a prostate biopsy can help lower anxiety and pain. About 66 adults having their first prostate biopsy will be asked to squeeze a stress ball during the procedure. Researchers will measure pain, anxiety, and vital signs to see if this simple, drug-free method makes the experience more comfortable.
