Summary

This study looked at whether 16 weeks of strength training can reduce long-term side effects in teens aged 10-19 who finished treatment for leukemia or lymphoma. Participants did either strength exercises with weights or circuit training with bodyweight and equipment. The goal was to improve muscle strength, bone health, fitness, and quality of life.
