Summary
This study looked at whether strength training can reduce long-term side effects in teens who had leukemia or lymphoma. 46 adolescents aged 10-19 did either strength exercises or circuit training for 16 weeks. The goal was to improve muscle strength, bone health, and quality of life after cancer treatment.
