Summary

This study is testing whether a short-term strength training program can improve health for women after menopause. Researchers will compare 46 sedentary women, with half doing 8 weeks of circuit training and half maintaining their usual routine. They will measure changes in muscle mass, balance, sleep quality, inflammation, and overall well-being.
