First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looks at whether two types of strength training (dynamic and isometric) can improve heart health, mental well-being, and physical fitness in adults aged 60 and older who have high blood pressure. Sixty participants will be randomly assigned to one of the two exercise programs and attend supervised sessions for 6 weeks. The main goal is to see if the training is safe, acceptable, and effective for this group.
