Summary
This study looks at how different breathing patterns during strength exercises affect eye pressure and the tiny blood vessels in the eyes. Researchers will measure these changes in 60 healthy adults aged 18-40 during both isokinetic and isometric exercises. The goal is to find the safest and most effective training strategies for athletes and active people.
