Summary

This study explores whether a group exercise program called Strength After Breast Cancer can be offered in a physical therapy clinic to help women who have finished breast cancer treatment improve their physical function. About 40 women will take part, completing questionnaires and interviews before and after the program. The goal is to see if the program is practical and what changes are needed to make it work in other clinics.
