NCT ID NCT07432802
First seen Feb 27, 2026 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 5 times
Summary
This study compares two treatments for early-stage lung cancer in patients who are considered high-risk for standard surgery. One group will have a small surgical removal of the tumor (wedge resection), while the other will receive targeted radiation (SBRT). The goal is to see which approach leads to longer cancer-free survival and better quality of life. About 182 participants will be followed for up to 5 years.
