Stories over statistics: new trial uses narratives to close anticoagulation gap in black patients

Summary
This study tests whether watching storytelling videos can help African American patients with atrial fibrillation (an irregular heartbeat) start and continue taking blood thinners, which lower stroke risk. About 80 participants will be randomly assigned to view the videos or receive standard care. The goal is to see if this approach improves medication use and reduces health disparities.
