Summary
This study aims to find out if people who have recovered from a heart attack can safely stop taking their beta-blocker medication after at least one year. It will compare patients who stop the pills to those who continue taking them, checking for major heart problems. The goal is to see if stopping is just as safe for patients who have stable heart function and no history of heart failure.
