Summary

This study tests whether a structured communication protocol called StOP? helps surgical teams talk more clearly during operations. Researchers will compare death rates and other outcomes in 400 patients whose surgeons use the tool versus those who don't. The goal is to see if better teamwork can improve patient safety.
