NCT ID NCT07594730

First seen May 31, 2026 · Last updated Jun 14, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study tests whether brief, 1-2 minute videos featuring real parents sharing their experiences can reduce stigma and improve treatment-seeking among parents of children aged 6-18 with depression, ADHD, or substance use problems. About 1,600 parents aged 25-50 will be recruited online and randomly assigned to watch a video about one of these conditions or receive general information. The goal is to see if these videos help parents feel less alone and more willing to seek help for their child.
