Summary

This study aims to understand if swapping sugary drinks for ones sweetened with stevia or aspartame affects metabolic health and gut bacteria. It involves 41 healthy adults who regularly drink soft drinks. Participants replace their usual sugary drinks with assigned beverages for 10 weeks while researchers measure changes.
