Summary
This study aims to find out if adding steroid medication to standard care can help adults with severe flu pneumonia survive. It will test different steroid doses in nearly 500 critically ill patients in intensive care units. The goal is to see if steroids reduce deaths within 28 days, as their use for flu pneumonia is currently controversial.
