Summary
This study aims to test whether new types of CT scans can effectively measure changes in bone density and bone marrow fat in people with severe asthma who take oral steroids. Researchers will compare scans from a small group of patients who take steroids to those who do not, looking at differences at the start and after six months. The goal is to understand if these new scanning tools are useful for tracking bone health changes over time.
