Summary

This study tests whether a highly targeted form of radiation, called stereotactic spine radiotherapy, can safely relieve pain from cancer that has spread to the spine. Researchers will track pain levels and side effects in 150 participants. The goal is to see if this precise treatment offers better pain control with fewer side effects than standard radiation.
