Summary
This study tested a single, high-dose radiation treatment (stereotactic body radiotherapy) for people with cancer that has spread to the spine. The goal was to see if it could safely relieve pain and control tumor growth. 71 adults with up to two spine tumors took part. Researchers tracked pain levels, tumor changes, and any nerve problems after treatment.
