Summary
This study tested a high-precision radiation technique called stereotactic radiotherapy on 13 people with small kidney tumors (4 cm or less). The goal was to find the highest safe dose that can destroy the tumor while protecting healthy tissue. Participants received 4 to 5 radiation sessions, and researchers monitored side effects for up to 5 years.
