Summary
This phase 2 trial is testing whether adding a precise, high-dose radiation boost (CyberKnife) after standard chemoradiation can help keep locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer from progressing. About 42 patients who cannot have surgery will receive the boost. The main goal is to see how many are still cancer-free or alive after two years.
