Summary
This study tests a program called Stepping Stones for sexually active youth aged 12-22 who are involved with the legal or child welfare systems. The program aims to increase STI testing, reduce unprotected sex, and lower emotional abuse in relationships. Researchers will compare those who receive the program to those who do not.
