Summary
This study tests a new program to help pregnant and breastfeeding women in South Africa take daily PrEP pills to prevent HIV. About 650 HIV-negative women will get either standard care or extra support like counseling and community pill delivery. The goal is to see if the program helps them stick with PrEP and reduces new HIV infections in mothers and infants.
