Summary
This study looks at whether a stepped-care program can help identify and treat young people (ages 12-25) who are at high risk for psychosis in community mental health centers. The program starts with simple steps and increases support as needed. Researchers will track how many youth join and benefit, and how well clinics adopt the program.
