Summary
This Phase 3b study is testing whether the drug benralizumab (Fasenra) can allow people with severe eosinophilic asthma to safely reduce their daily maintenance medications. About 504 participants aged 12-75 in China will try to step down from drugs like inhaled steroids or long-acting bronchodilators while staying on benralizumab. The goal is to see if they can maintain asthma control with fewer pills or inhalers.
