Can a simple step counter help brain cancer patients?

NCT ID NCT04186832

Summary

This study is testing whether it's practical to track daily steps in people with newly diagnosed brain tumors (glioma) during their radiation therapy. Researchers want to see if patients will consistently wear either a basic pedometer or a Fitbit device for 6 weeks. The goal is to understand if tracking physical activity this way could eventually help improve quality of life and manage symptoms like fatigue.
